Do you know that there are different muscle-fiber types? At Performance Training Center, our certified personal trainers use their expertise in the field to customize one-on-one sessions for your needs. Our workouts are designed to build slow-twitch muscle fibers to help you increase endurance and fast-twitch fibers to maximize strength. Our personal trainers will work with you to create your perfect workout regime, whether you’re looking to become toned or to build muscle mass.

MEET OUR HEAD TRAINERS

Chad studied exercise science at Felician College. A former college baseball player, he specializes in agility and strength training.

Megan has received the following certifications: ACE CPT, FMS. She is very passionate about helping people become healthier and happier through diet and exercise.

Dylan graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He loves cross-fit, hiking, and yoga, and he implements a holistic approach to exercise science.

Anja is studying physical therapy at UMDNJ and is an ACE, CPT, and FMS-certified trainer. She uses her knowledge of physical therapy to inform her workouts, with a focus on preventative care.
